LOWER DIR: Awami National Party (ANP) leader Muhammad Gul was arrested on Friday for pointing a pistol at a traffic constable in Lower Dir.
The leader was stopped by the city traffic police for breaking a traffic signal in Timergarh. However; the ANP leader became furious and threatened the traffic constable by saying, “Don’t you know who I am?”
Gul pulled out his pistol and pointed it at the constable – which the police used as evidence to lock the leader up. Police said that a case has been registered against Muhammad Gul over threatening and abusing the constable.
